I work with adults, adolescents, and children presenting with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, identity concerns, adjustment and life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I am particularly passionate about LGBTQ+ work, both in and out of therapy.
I employ an integrative approach to mental health and wellness, utilizing psychodynamic, interpersonal, and emotion-focused approaches, with elements of cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that lasting change is driven by a warm therapeutic relationship, emotional attunement to your needs, and a collaborative effort toward developing insight.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you work toward a state of awareness, a sense of empowerment, and a feeling of fulfillment.
