I am a licensed clinical psychologist.
I received my doctorate in psychology (Psy.D.) from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. I also received a Masters in Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. I have extensive training in individual, group, couples, and play therapy. I have experience with both short-term, problem focused psychotherapy and long-term, exploratory work.
I have worked in several clinical settings including community mental health, college counseling, hospital, employee health and wellness, and private practice.
In my personal life, I make an effort to focus on self-care. I center my life on time with family, learning and growing as a clinician, exercise, and building mindfulness into my daily life.
